Stop Killing, Start Nourishing
Most gut health advice follows a simple script. Kill the bad bacteria, take a probiotic, done. But that’s not really how the gut works and that’s not how we should be treating our gut ecosystem. It’s not a battlefield. It’s a garden.
1. Restore the ecosystem, don't just kill
